About our text message program

Nautical Adventures Belize Ltd. sends automated booking information text messages to guests who have asked us to, to help with their booking and their trip. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of booking with us. By opting in, you agree to these Text Message Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

How you opt in

You will only receive texts from us if you have given us your mobile number and agreed to be texted. You can opt in:

  • By ticking the text-message box when you book on our website
  • By tapping the opt-in link in a booking email from us
  • By telling us on the phone when you book with us directly
  • By texting us first

What we send

Messages about your booking and your trip only — booking confirmations, your pre-trip details link, payment requests and receipts, trip reminders, and replies from our crew about your trip. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your booking and your trip.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will stop texting you, and a request to stop is honoured permanently. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +501 635-6247 or info@nauticaladventuresbelize.com. You can also change your preferences from the link in any booking email. Stopping texts does not stop your booking emails — you will still receive everything you need for your trip by email.

Privacy

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or the fact that you agreed to receive texts, with any third party for marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, and only so the message can reach you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Text Message Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page.
